Chicken Tandoori Wrap 2022
You will need one large barbecued chicken (900g) for this recipe.
3½ cups (600g) chopped cooked chicken
1/4 cup (60g) tandoori paste
4 green onions, sliced
3/4 cup (200g) yogurt
2 tablespoons chopped fresh coriander
1 tablespoon lime juice 1/2 teaspoon sugar
4 pieces lavash bread
2 tablespoons mango chutney
Combine chicken, paste, onion and 1/4 cup of the yogurt in heated oiled medium frying pan; cook, stirring, about 5 minutes or until hot.
Combine remaining yogurt with coriander, juice and sugar in small bowl.
Place a quarter of chicken mixture along short side of 1 piece of lavash; drizzle with a quarter of the yogurt mixture and 2 teaspoons of the chutney, roll to enclose filling. Repeat with remaining ingredients.
